Gate & Mile

One transportation plan for hosts, executives, clients, and guests.

Brand launches, product reveals, client appreciation dinners, recognition events, media activations, and corporate hospitality often involve several passenger groups and tightly timed arrivals. Gate & Mile reviews the event schedule, arranging contact, venues, staging, stops, and return requirements before confirmation.

Chevrolet Suburban or GMC Yukon Denali class full-size luxury SUV service provides a polished option for executive hosts, clients, presentation materials, and small groups. Sedans, Cadillac Escalades, and quoted Mercedes-Benz Sprinter service can be coordinated when the approved passenger plan requires them.

Service details

01

Brand and product launches

Coordinate executives, invited guests, media, production stops, hotel departures, and venue access through a written schedule.

02

Client appreciation events

Plan private SUV transportation for hosted dinners, hospitality suites, recognition programs, and important client gatherings.

03

Executive and VIP arrivals

Assign known passenger groups, pickup contacts, vehicle categories, and arrival windows before the event begins.

04

Several venues or vehicles

Use an hourly or multi-vehicle plan when the event includes offices, hotels, restaurants, production sites, and different final destinations.

How it works

Build the fleet plan from the event run of show.

Reservations reviews the guest flow, authorized contact, vehicle categories, service windows, and event-specific written terms before confirmation.

Share the run of show

Provide every hotel, office, venue, hospitality stop, passenger group, loading window, and final destination.

Approve the assignments

Review vehicle categories, lead contacts, staging instructions, hourly minimums, and any multi-vehicle coordination details.

Keep one arranging contact

Use one authorized event contact for written approval and same-day itinerary communication.

Full-size SUV service

Space for the people and the day.

Chevrolet Suburban or GMC Yukon Denali class service provides seating for up to six passengers. Approximately six standard bags may fit, subject to the exact luggage, passenger count, installed child seats, and final vehicle assignment.

Vehicles are prepared before service. Complimentary FIJI water, tissues, and common phone charging connections are available. Vehicle make, model year, exact configuration, and amenities remain subject to the confirmed assignment.

Questions before booking

Can an assistant or event producer arrange the rides?

Yes. Identify the arranging contact and each traveler contact when requesting the quote, then review the written confirmation before service.

Can you coordinate more than one SUV?

Multiple vehicles can be requested. Availability, passenger assignments, staging, timing, and any event-specific terms must be confirmed in writing.

Should the service be direct or hourly?

Direct service works for one fixed pickup and destination. Hourly service is usually better for a run of show with waiting, several stops, changing guests, or an uncertain finish.
