How does an LAX curbside pickup work?+
After reaching the terminal curb, contact your chauffeur and share the terminal pillar number shown at your location. Your chauffeur will coordinate the curbside pickup from there.
Can I request Meet & Greet service?+
Yes. A chauffeur can meet you with a name sign inside the designated arrival area. Meet & Greet service adds 20% to the total ride charge and must be requested in advance.
How are waiting time and airport fees handled?+
The first 30 minutes of waiting are complimentary. Additional waiting is $50 per started hour. Airport fees are included, and gratuity is optional.
What is the cancellation policy?+
Cancellations are subject to a fee equal to 30% of the total reservation amount. Final cancellation timing and no-show terms will be included in the written booking terms.
Do you serve destinations outside Los Angeles?+
Yes. Service is available throughout Los Angeles County and to Orange County, Irvine, Ventura County, San Diego, and other Southern California destinations by quote.
