Prearranged LAX pickup follows the airport permit, transponder and pickup procedures in effect for the reservation. Customers receive the applicable pickup instructions in their confirmation.
For curbside pickup, contact us after collecting your luggage and provide the terminal pillar number. A chauffeur will coordinate the pickup location. Meet-and-greet service inside the terminal is available for an additional $40 when arranged in advance.
