Passenger and luggage capacities are practical planning estimates. Oversized luggage, sports equipment, child seats, or special items should be disclosed before confirmation so the correct vehicle can be assigned.

How it works

Plan the ride before the pickup.

Eligible instant-fare reservations are confirmed when Stripe payment succeeds. Sprinter and other trips without an automatic fare are reviewed and confirmed separately in writing.

Count passengers

Include every adult and child, plus any car-seat or accessibility-related requirements.

Describe the luggage

Provide the number and size of bags, including strollers, golf bags, skis, or other oversized items.

Confirm the category

The written confirmation identifies the booked vehicle category and reservation terms.
