Privacy Policy

How LY TRANSPORT LOGISTICS INC and the Gate & Mile brand handle website, quote, reservation, and communication information.

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy explains how LY TRANSPORT LOGISTICS INC, operating the Gate & Mile customer-facing brand, collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information received through this website and related communications.

2. Information collected

Information may include the customer's name, email address, telephone number, trip date and time, pickup and destination, stops, passenger and luggage counts, vehicle preference, flight information, notes, consent selections, referral page, advertising campaign parameters or click identifiers contained in the landing-page URL, and technical information reasonably required to operate and protect the website.

3. How information is used

Information is used to respond to quote requests; calculate or review route estimates; coordinate transportation; communicate about availability, confirmations, changes, cancellations, and service; process authorized payments; understand which advertising or referral source produced a ride request; measure advertising performance; comply with legal obligations; prevent misuse; and maintain website security.

4. Service providers and disclosure

Information may be processed by Cloudflare for website delivery and security, Google Maps Platform for address selection and route calculation, Google Workspace and Google Apps Script for ride-request email, Stripe for secure payment processing, and other providers that support communications and transportation operations. Payment card information is entered on Stripe-hosted Checkout; Gate & Mile does not receive or store complete card numbers. When disclosed during Checkout, Stripe may securely retain a payment method so a customer can later choose an optional post-trip gratuity without re-entering card details. Gate & Mile records the selected tip amount and Stripe payment reference with the order, but does not receive the complete card number. Gate & Mile does not sell personal information. Information may also be disclosed when reasonably required by law, to protect rights or safety, or in connection with a permitted business transaction.

5. Analytics, advertising attribution, and third-party links

Under Essentials only, the Google tag runs in Consent Mode for limited Google Ads measurement. Advertising storage, advertising user data, advertising personalization, and Google signals remain denied, and ads-data redaction remains enabled. Google does not read or write advertising cookies through this implementation. Cookieless consent and conversion pings may communicate limited technical information supplied by the browser, consent status, whether a quote request, completed payment, or qualified website-call conversion occurred, conversion value and currency, and an internal non-contact transaction identifier. Advertising click identifiers are redacted from Google Ads requests. Google Analytics is optional: its property is not configured and analytics events are not sent unless a visitor selects Allow Analytics, which permits analytics storage for page visits and site interactions. Ride-request form values, names, telephone numbers, email addresses, and trip locations are not intentionally sent to Google. Campaign parameters and advertising click identifiers present in a landing-page URL may be retained for the current browsing session and included directly with a submitted quote or payment record so Gate & Mile can identify the source of that request. Links to WhatsApp, email, telephone, mapping, payment, or other third-party services are governed by those providers' own privacy practices.

6. Retention and security

Information is retained only as reasonably needed for reservations, customer service, business records, dispute handling, fraud prevention, and legal obligations. Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

7. Choices, children, and updates

Customers may request access, correction, or deletion subject to applicable legal and operational requirements. This website is not directed to children under 13, and a parent or guardian arranging transportation involving a minor should provide only necessary information. Material policy changes will be posted with a revised effective date.
