Named destination fares of $160 or less apply within 2 miles of the destination center; fares from $161 through $220 apply within 3 miles; fares above $220 apply within 5 miles. The LAX Airport Area fares are measured from LAX at 1 World Way: within 2 miles is $60, beyond 2 miles up to 3 miles is $70, and beyond 3 miles up to 5 miles is $80. S580 and Cadillac Escalade retain their regular pricing. Optional meet-and-greet, child seats, waiting time, extra stops, and gratuity are separate when selected.
Cancellation and refund requirements.
Cancel at least 4 hours before pickup with no fare cancellation charge. Cancellations 1–4 hours before pickup are charged 50%. Cancellations under 1 hour before pickup and no-shows are charged 100%. Actual card-processing costs remain nonrefundable for customer-requested cancellations. Eligible refunds are returned to the original payment method.
